Asked for Female, 28 Years

Hi... My brother is married to my maternal uncle's daughter... Now she is 22 weeks pregnant and her weight is 42... Ultrasound done in 21 weeks 4 days and everything was normal... same day QUAD SCREENING test was also done... today only we got results OPEN SPINIA BIFIDIA - SCREENS POSITIVE Others are negative... scan report was 100% good... But blood report is like this... is there any chances of wrong result??? REPORT ATTACHED

Quad screening test just tells us that there could be the risk of getting that defect . However, if she has undergone a detailed anomaly scan with a fetal medicine specialist ideally,then nothing to worry about.
