Hi Doctor, I am having PCOD and Endometriosis so I am on Glyciphage and folsafe L medicine. But my periods are irregular so I need to take Duphaston for 10 days to get periods...but this time I was suffering from Viral fever and I forgot to start Duphaston tablet course. But I am having dark brown spotting since 2 days...I thought periods will start but it's not starting...so should I go with Duphaston now or first I stop this spotting through tranexamic acid ( trapic mf ) tablets ? Please advice...

Donot take trenaximic acid.Start duphaston tablet . whatever dose usually you are having take it.After that wait for getting period.Gor details contact me through practo online.I will explain you.
