Need a specialised opinion
Have symptoms that could be angina (left arm, chest, neck pressure, dizziness, fatigue) but also non-cardiac features like gas, bloating, anxiety, and chest wall tenderness. CT angiogram, invasive angiogram, and stress echo were all normal with excellent METs My cardiologist suggested a 1-week trial of slow-release nitroglycerin plus SOS sorbitrate. We’ll review after 10 days—if improved, consider cardiac MRI or continue; if not, explore non-cardiac causes I am scared to start nitroglycerin n sorbitrate- but i m fed up of symptoms n want to see how they respond to these meds Any opinion on my complicated case
