Need a consultation
Dr how much penis foreskin should cover glans in flaccid case. Mine don't cover at all and rest behind glans even i am uncircumcised. Is this needs some treatment or its fine ? I don't remember how my penis look in childhood, i started noticing this since puberty changes happened. Once i saw my 1 year elder brother penis his only pee hole is visible. After that i am very much confused. Can a physician here check it and let me know if everything is fine or i need any surgical treatment ?

There is significant natural variation in how much foreskin covers the glans in different men — some have a longer foreskin that fully covers, while others naturally have a shorter foreskin that does not fully cover the glans even in the flaccid state. This is a normal anatomical variation and does not require any treatment on its own. If you have no symptoms such as pain, difficulty passing urine, recurrent infections, or problems during erection, there is no cause for concern and no surgery is needed.
Next Steps
If you have any specific symptoms, please visit a urologist for a physical examination. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.
