Neck , shoulder and arm pain

Asked for Female, 20 Years

Three weeks ago my daughter ( 20 years old) complained that something had bitten her on her back . The pain was located near the top right shoulder. The pain was felt in her shoulder and down her arm sometime later. She complained that her arms was burning and her fingers were numb. I took her to Urgent Care they told us her shoulder was strained. Gave her two shots and a muscle relaxer, which did not help. Took her to her doctor they gave shots for strained muscle still no relief
