Neck paining
I carry a backpack to work everyday with my laptop and other things. I guess it is heavy, because I have pain between my shoulder blades. Would you suggest any exercise for this and would regular massage help?

Hi, carry only necessary things in ur bag & avoid heavy weight. For time being switch to the hand carrybag rather than backpack. And while sleeping make sure that ur sleeping in a comfortable position take adequate rest & do some back, shoulder exercises. If symptoms persists contact ur orthopedician
