I am having pain towards the right side of my neck which sometimes extends to shoulders.
Its like a trigger, whenever i move my head the pain hits me.
I have seen a physio for 3-4 sessions but its still not gone.
Now it has been around 10 days. The pain has lessened though but not gone. My work routine is getting affected.
