Hi my sincere advice is to reduce weight in your condition in your condition its mechanical strain on muscles going in to spasm which creates pressure on spinal disc by which nerve will be compromised ' avoid continous sitting at one place have a break relax your muscles in between. it might be early spondylitis with nerve entrapment. start Tab Neo relax mr 4 mg twice a day for 3 days and review me if you can. Apply hot compress over neck and Back for 10 min daily . dont go for gym as it will hurt your muscles now ,you can plan yoga after pain control. even it wont subside than we have to examine you personally to look out for exact reason.
Next Steps
chiropractic sessions will be helpful
Health Tips
Avoid Head gear, pillows, and spicy food ,Non veg....
