Six month back i was playing with my friend at tgat time i got a neck injury. After that i'm not able to move my neck for a month. Now neck pain starts again with severe headache. Please note that now there is no pain during neck movement. Pain is in upper side of neck

did u get ur x RAY done at that time. u may be suffering from minor fracture. consult neurosurgeon
