Neck Pain and Dizziness
I'm a working woman. I travel with my husband on two wheeler. I had a problem of neck pain headache and dizziness from last around two years. But it got somewhat reduced when I took a break and wasn't working. i stayed at home. Now I have joined again one week earlier and that problem has again started. I feel lightheaded all day , also there is neck pain. please help

You don't have radiating pain as well as no weakness or abnormal sensations in your hands, then you can try cervical collar,  avoid two wheeler, and avoid strenuous activity.  Also start physiotherapy. If you still continue to have pain or if you start any of the symptoms mentioned above, then you need to see a Neurosurgeon.
