Whenever i hv tension during exams i hv pain in my neck and shoulder area.. Recently i had the similar pain but not because of exam tension. On top of that my stomach always felt empty even after having lunch or dinner and then after having few extra things i felt extra heavy n feel like indigestion. This happened for a few days...
