  3. Neck and Left Hand Pain. Please advise.

Neck and Left Hand Pain
I lifted a large bag on my right shoulder and since then having pain in my left hand and arm and back and neck. I am able to sit and walk comfortably but sleeping is affected due to this pain. Please advise.
