Neck and back sprain
I have neck and back sprain since last 10 days..pls suggest what should i do..its not getting better. I am taking ibrufen which helps with the pain for few hours.

Hello well first thing in since it is  a sprain Ibuprofen will not help it much..I would suggest you to take any muscle relaxant... Secondly try using diclofenac spray..Thirdly you can go for physiotherapy as it will definitely help.. If symptoms don't subside then meet an orthopaedician and get evaluated

Hello....... Back pain could be due to paraspinal muscle spasm , intervertibral disc bulge or herniation,damaged bone or ligament,radiculopathy ( small nerve root irrigation) ..it s  not possible to comment without x ray ,MRI, ... Improper posture while working or sleeping can also aggravate back pain consult orthopedic surgeon.. Doctor  may advise  neck collar for you...
