  4. Neck and back pain. I should do sir.

Sir 1 m 27 years old boy . I have pain in neck and back Last three month when I was playing football and get injured . That time I felt pain in base of skull and back only.but last 4 days my both leg and hands are paining and also feeling some kind of pinching in whole body . I have cervical x ray but result is negative .what I should do sir .
