Nearly 7 month chronic mouth irritation

I m suffering from mouth and throat irritation nearly 6 month i checked with doctor they gave me antibiotics it doesnt work..reddish mouth loyt of tiny white dot on mouth floor u can see pic..tonsil stones are there...tongue rubbing over the mouth floor i feel irritation...
My ear always blocked now a days
