Neack and backside of head nad arm pain

Hi . Sir / Madam I am having pain in neck and backside of head and right side shoulder, jaw,Arm and leg pain , some times pain whole head and numbness in head and right side hand leg ,sharp puun in head lasoI done cervical spondylosis x ray it shows no cervical ribs but still pain , bp 130/80 ,pls suggest is need any CT scan ..
