Hi, On our 14 weeks ish, NB was absent. Got dual market test done, it shows positive - high risk. What should I do next. Nipt or amniocentesis or abortion?

NIPT is 99% sure, it is done from mother's blood sample, Amniocentesis is invasive but 100% sure, so you can go with NIPT .

Nipt is 99% accurate where as amniocentesis is 100% but with amniocentesis u will have a risk of miscarriage sometimes
So go with nipt and if u see any high risk go with nipt
