My son is 8 years old and 20 kg. Today night he feels moderate navel pain . He ate light food and an apple. he passes 4-5 Times gas. Still he feels moderate navel pain

Hi. Could be gastritis. Give tab junior Lanzol(15 mg) twice daily before food for 5 days. Bland diet
