Navel is not dried yet

Asked for Female, 1 Years

Hello doctors My daughter is 1.5 months old till now her navel is not dried there is no pus n nothing no redness or anything . It looks ok from outside but when I open it and some fluid is inside . What is this ? How much time it will take to dry . M applying Mupirocin ointment . Pls suggest what to do this is ok or should I need to take care it another way pls help thanks in advance pls see pics below attached

Stop applying any ointment. You need to keep umbilicus dry and clean. After bath just put a drop of spirit over umbilicus.
