Nausea, delayed period

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I am continuously nauseas for some 5-6 days now. My period is delayed by a week or so. Almost a month back i have consumed three i pills in 4 days. And now i am not sure if it is because of that. Could i be pregnant or is it just hormonal disturbance? Or is it totally unrelated?
