Nausea Belly pain fever dizziness sleepy

Hello I think I am pregnant , I missed my periods and I have few spots during that time just a lil one and after that I daily have fever at night and now I feel like vomiting but I can't and I also face blood pressure problem today as I can't stand and at night I can't lay down and fall asleep easily and have weird stomach n neck issues like vomit
