Nausea and less flow during periods
I last had my period from 21-24 January. I then had unprotected sex where the partner pulled out and did not cum inside me. I took an i-pill the next day after 24 hrs on 27th January. A similar incident happened and I took an i-pill after a period of 22 hours on 7th February. Since 27th January, I am nauseous and unable to eat properly . I had my next period on 12th February and first 12 hours was normal blood flow and after that there are only a few drops of blood(spotting) during the day.

After sexual intercourse you might get irregular periods or changes in the flow of the periods due to some hormonal changes, which seems to be quite normal. But you have to avoid taking hormonal pills so frequently because in your case those hormonal pills are causing changes in the blood flow and making you feel nauseating.
Next Steps
You should go for CBC and Urine routine along with Ultrasonography of abdomen and pelvis
Health Tips
Instead of taking hormonal pills, ask your partner to use condom.
