Nash diagnosis
My age is 28 I have diagnised with liver normal in size with grade2 increase in echotexture in ct scan.my initial levels are sgpt 101 and sgot 61 .i had contacted the doctor and seeing the ct report he said it was nash and gave me 1 month course. After one month my levels were sgpt 43 adn sgot 49.
Please suggest if i am at risk of liver failure or damage.if it serious issue.can it get treated
