Hello ,
This is saikrishna Nagunuri, recently I have given my blood & urine samples for regular check-up.
In blood report they mentioned Narmocromic & Narmocytic. Blood sugar level in fasting also in border. I had food late night and waited on emty stomach for some time to give samples.
In urine report also , they mentioned Reduced sugar & Protien trace.
Please find the attached reports and suggest if any diet or medication to be followed.
As I m a software professional, I worked for long hours for last two weeks due to heavy work load. Most of my job type is sitting long hours.
These days I am feeling like fatigue after à. Feeling drowsy.

Dear , I want to comment on your reports first its normal report.
Second thing as u said ,lots of work u got over stressed body so u got exhausted so need rest ,sound sleep , healthy diet and some medicine to boost tour health. So u need to consult doctor .
In ayurveda excellent remides are available in such problems which are getting so u can consult ayurvedic physician too

Keep yourself hydreyted with plenty of liquids like nimupani coconut water mosambi juice butter milk which helps you a lot. Black tea or coffee two times also helps. Go toER for evaluation and PRESCRIPTION as strictly instruted not to write any medicine or PRESCRIPTION.ok.
Your blood reports were absolutely normal.
It is fine to have fasting blood surgar levels in border. But of you have a family history of diabetes you must take some care regarding your lifestyle.
- Avoid refined foods like maida, bakery products, products containing high sugars, packed juices, fried foods like chips.
Try to have diet as healthy as possible. Try decreasing intake of white rice and sustitute it with brown or or dampudu biyyam available in market. Initially you might find it diificult but you can start by mixing white and brown rice and gradually increase the brown rice content.
Have more vegetables and friuts.
Dont go for juices eat fruits. Eating fruits helps to absorb the natural nutrients available in fruits more effectively.
Decrease intake of sugar. Go for sustitutes like stevia leaf powder. It is not suggestible to use sugarfree.
Avoid eating heavy foods for dinner. Dinner should be light. Try having roti with vegetable curry or any other options.
Use millets in your diet like foxtail, ragi etc. Millets are rich in vital nutrients. Use them in preparation of breakfast items instead of rice. You can find many reciepes in internet is required.
While in work have some fruits or nuts in between as a snack.
Have good enough sleep. Sleep as early as possible and try waking early. Avoid using mobile phones while sleeping.
Exercise regularly the way you like. Meditation, breathing and yoga are destressing. You must definetely find some time to do it.
Avoid smoking and alcohol intake if having any. These do no good.
Coming to fatigue it is common if you dont have proper sleep.
Try making these changes.
If problem persists consult once. Homoeopathy is effective in treating stress and other health related issues.
It is difficult initially to change your lifestyle but do it gradually keep on adding good healthy habits.
