Have multiple health problems seem to get worse as time Goes on.. I am 45 and I have every symptom of lupus and the test came back Negative by my family doc. Can I still have this even though test didn't show and what can I do. Doc doesn't know

It can be possible that test like ANA may come negative for Lupus. But i need to know that what tests are done and since when you are suffering from it and at present what symptoms are present.
