Hello doctor,my 2.5yr old son having -4cylindrical power in both the eyes.doctor saying its myopic austimatism.can it cured???will it be worse in future and having vision loss??what should i do??pls help me.

Hello A. Yes he has myopic astigmatism B. It can be treated after age of 18 yrs... options would be Lasik or toric ICL C.he will never loose vision....though power may change till age of 18 yrs D. You can give your child a pair of glasses..this is the best thing that you can do for your child
