Asked for Male, 21 Years

Hello sir/madam. i had my eye check up 4 months back and my power got increased then my - 0.25D. now again i am having a little blur in distance vision and i think power has increased again. what to do now? my power had always been increasing by some small amount. doctor always undercorrected me i guess. wha should i do now? i am worried. when does this irritating myopic progression stop? Thank you doctors.
