  4. Myopia and contact lens. For both eyes!

I am a contact lens wearer from past 7 years.At night time it seems my vision gets blurred.and sometimes i experience mild head ache and itching at the corner of my left eye.moreover i continously use mobile phne but nt more than 3 hrs.plz suggest some remedy as my number is -3.5 nd -2.78 for both eyes
