Myoma in uterus
Hiii doc my cousin had dignosed with myoma in anterior wall of uterus. She had been married for 7 year not concieve. She had many procedure earlier...this time is surgery required for the same or she can concieve despite having myoma.

To give a proper treatment plan,will have to see her ultrasound report
But as for your question of if conception is possible
YES if the fibroid is big requiring surgery,then myomectomy is done(removal of the myoma) either laparoscopically or open depending on the size
Post myomectomy also pregnancy is possible
