Hi , since this is a myelocyete peak with left shift, it is most probably CML. But some times it can be one of the other myeloproliferative disorders but less likely in this case. CML is very much treatable if patient is compliant and on regular follow up. Also survival of CML patients is almost now equal to that of a general population for those who are compliant with medicine and those who are on regular follow up
