It is not possible to increase the amount of fluid around the baby...given that the mother is already term (more than 37 weeks ) my suggestion would be to deliver the baby.the mode of delivery i.e.., normal or a caesarean needs to be decided by the doctor based on many factors....like baby's heart trace, condition of the cervix (mouth of uterus)....continuous monitoring facilities for mom and baby should be available including good NICU backup
