My wife has swelling on Uterus
Sometimes due to heavy work load at home, she experiences pain on one side of her body, she says it is because of swelling on uterus. Not sure what it is. Any guidance is much appreciated 🙏

One side pain is not due to uterus, possibility of Ovarian cyst or Urinary tract problem like stone may be there. Pl get one Lower abdomen with KUB Ultrasound done.

You are 27 years old.
Your wife can't be twice your age or something. So you can't have a swelling of the uterus such intensity that she should get pain because of heavy household work.
Please look for some other cause for her problem.
