My wife has Cough

My wife was tested positive on the 17th of this month. It is now 8-9 since the onset of her symptoms. From yesterday, she started to have cough. She is now 2.5-3 months pregnant. She is in home isolation. I want to know whether there is any serious concern and should I get a CT of thorax...plz guide me..
