My wife expecting pregency

Asked for Male, 35 Years

My wife expected pregenency as her weight increase 6kg. But this month exact periode date was 8th and from last night she found some blood drop is coming in her vegina. Today entire day periode flow has not yet come but that pinky brown/dark red drop has come three time as she was travel today more that general. My question is her periode come or its early pregenency blood. She is taking Feriuem XT Fertisure F And Folvite. Please guide and help.
