My weight is increased day by day
I wanted to know why weight is increased day by day. I don't have a habit of eating junk regularly. I rarely take on weekends or sometimes alternate weekends. I want know the reason.

Hi To be in good shape and ideal weight, the first thing is diet and your gut health. An occasional junk can also ruin your gut health and you should know how to reverse it. A small drop of lemon can spoil the whole milk, right? One more thing is the timing of your food intake, eating twice a day and finishing the dinner as early as possible works well, and the opposite i .e.eating many times and late night eating can harm your gut health and hence weight gain. One most important thing is your sleep , a full 8 hour sleep and at the right time at night is crucial for maintaining normal weight. Sedentalife style and no exercise and no other activities will also contribute to weight gain.

May be stress or other hormonal Factors and timely meals has lot of effect on weight So we have to see the underlying cause and how much weight gain is there and then take a action
