My weight is 65 kg height 5'5" age 49.
I am having oats with curd n few corn flakes adding some fruit in the morning before coming to ofc at 9.15 am Around 12.30 use to have green tea with two biscuits. Around 2.30 pm used to have half roti sabzi with cucumber n tomato. Then around 5.30 pm take one apple dinner around 8.30 pm one roti sabzi some mangoes small two nos. Is this diet workable?
