Hello dear! In accordance to your description I assume your baby is experiencing teething pain. Massage your baby's gums in circular motion where you can see erupting teeth with Pansoral teething gel for 3-4 times a day I expect that your baby will be comfortable once teeth are erupted completely. But it's always better to rule out any possibility of cavity causing pain. So do visit a dentist.
