My thigh numbness from last one month

I visited saudi Arabia Last month for performing Hajj. I wear a tight belt at my waist, I got a numbness at my thigh and also this problem might be due to my continuous sitting in front of desktop computer in my daily life from last 15 years. I have b.p. from last 6 years.
