Visit a dentist and get your scaling and polishing done. for more white teeth as a home remedy you can apply baking soda or strawberry crush for some time. you can also go for whitening or bleaching procedure. Ask your dentist about it. Brush your teeth twice daily, night brushing is very important. Floss regularly. Rinse after every meal. Visit dentist every 6 months.

Change in colour of teeth can be due to various reasons such as excessive tea/coffee or smoking .also some stains are due to fluoride content in water(fluorosis). If you are not satisfied with the colour of your teeth,I would suggest you to visit a dentist and ask about bleaching of teeth. It is a cosmetic treatment which enhances the colour of teeth and is completely safe.Visit to a dentist is a must so that we can evaluate whether you are eligible for this treatment or not.
Next Steps
visit a dentist or post a picture here on consultation so that we can evaluate the reason for your teeth's dullness.
