My son usually get leg cramps at midnigh
My son aarav is 3.2 years old , he usually get cramps in leg at midnight and cry then i give him paracetamol liquid as prescribed by the doctor , the doctor gave certain test for my kid for this issue the test name include CBC, VITAMIN D 3, S. CALCIUM . I have these reprts attached kindly go through jt and send me some suggestion what should i do i am very worried about my son please suggest something

His Vit D is low, give healthy food with vegetables and fruits. Give plenty of liquids/ water Early morning Sunlight exposure Consult nearby paediatrician for the vitamin supplements
