My son is now 3years 6 months .
He can't speak in sentence. So he irritate $ throw things etc. He understand every thing what we ask him to-do. Please tell me what treatment is sufficient child specialist doctor concern that his all activities eg. Sitting standing crawling starts delay (late). So he will do at delay time period.
