My son is not well
First my son had foot & mouth infection,
After 10-15 days he had fever and cold and cough.
3days back he had 1 time loose motion. In the morning. After 8 hours long journey yesterday in the evening he had vomiting after that he was fine and had today morning breakfast very well but now again in the evening he vomited and having 101 fever, plz advice and suggest we are out of station
