My son has oral ulcer back of his lips so it burns him when eating food.This is there for 3 to 4 days now so he eats less there is no fever his bowel opening is regular.Since lockdown he is awake during night playing games and starts sleeping in the morning he sleeps till 3pm and so his first meal is in the evening time.He tells me he does not feel hungry.

Good afternoon.hope things will be better soon . covid pandemic has affected many families specifically children and teenagers . Screen addiction , disturbed routine and eventually overall helath . At this moment sticking to the routine along with decreasing screen time is the priority talk to your son about this. I’m sure he will Understand once your son understands the importance of healthy routine and start implementing then he will not suffer these issues. If this is not helping then consult with adolescent Pediatrician who can talk with your teenager and make him aware about his helath issues and what precautions to be followed .take care .

Apply Oracep gel over ulcer for three days. Do betadine rinses. Include lots of green leafy vegetables in diet. You can give polybion syp 5 ml twice a day for 1 month. Also give zentel tablet one tablet 1 tab at bedtime with milk. Seek proper consultation for more advise.

apply Orasep gel over the sores 2 times a day
Give cold juices, soft diet,good hydration till the sores resolve
Avoid spicy food
Sleep routine :
Strictly decrease screen time, be it mobile/TV, especially in night.
Restrict afternoon nap to 30.mins or maximum 1 hour.
