My son Got fever of 102.9°c

For last one day, my son has got fever all of a sudden. And today went to hospital. Doctor told it's because of seasonal change. But the temperature is too high. 38.4°f s the last recorded temperature. Can someone suggest a better way for reducing his fever?

Hi... I think ur son may b having viral fever.... They get high temperatures.... Best thing is give Crocin 15mg/kg/dose every 6th hourly and meftal p syrup 10mg/kg/dose every 6th hourly... See that every 3hours he receives medicine... Give plenty of water... Encourage him to eat... Tapid sponging also helps
