Patch the better eye (left eye) for 8 hours a day for 6 days and on 7th day patch the amblyopic eye (right eye). Do this for a month and then get his vision reassessed.

Hi, I'm assuming that your son has never worn spectacles before. Looks like he has Anisometropic Amblyopia.
Next Steps
- The prescribed spectacles must be worn regularly throughout the day.
- Your ophthalmologist will review him periodically to asses for improvement in vision.
- If there's no significant improvement in vision after 6months to 1 year, the doctor will prescribe patching or other therapies for Amblyopia
