My six years son having fever from Thurs

My son' V been fever from Thursday night, it started with high temp with shivering.. From last three days he is getting only evening fever like 100 . Is this a symbol of viral fever? Giving him Cronin DS syrup..pls suggest

If feverspikes persistent for 3 days that too with shivering he should be examined properly by pediatrician for cause Check he has any urinary syptoms like straining or pain while passing urine
