My SGOT shows 85 u/l.from Dec 2021 test it was 34.now it suddenly went high.i am worried.last one month I started taking herbal Shakes for diet control.can this be cause of increase?

Increase is non specific but yes some “herbal shakes” might cause liver injury which requires further workup.
