My right hand muscle got injured

Hi sir my right hand muscle got injured in an accident flesh has lost happened before 2months ago doctor suggested for grafting but i did not done. Much of the wound got healed upto now the flesh has been covered totally but it cant regaining skin starting wound size was 6\4 inches now it was 3/2 inches
