Do you have any symptoms of discharge from nipples, headache, vision disturbance and irregular cycles.Hypothyroidism also needs to be ruled out.In view of such high prolactin prolactinoma in the brain should be ruled out

If prolactin levels increase , there is a chance of thyroid also being affected
So get a TAH T3,T4 done and get evaluated for the same and start medication to decrease prolactin levels
