My Pregnancy test is negative am I preg

Asked for Female, 26 Years

My gynac asked me to go for pregnancy test it came negative even after that will I be pregnant ??by accident or only hormonal issues?? I often miss my period for 10 days after being sexually active and I have hypothyroidism also. I m losing my temper very easily nowadays I feel so stressed. Should I again repeat this test ? Is there any high chance of being pregnant???

You should do blood test Beta HCG. That will clear the matter. If it is negative, no chance of pregnancy. Test for hormones should be done
